Hi All,

I am looking for your guidance related to builders Floors in Indirapuram, vaishali and other good localities of ghaziabad...

In my budget of Max. 30L and requirement of 2BHK ...

1) what are the area which i can opt for
2) whether to go for builder floor or not
3) what are the good buiders
4) what should i look upto while i am looking for buider floor ...

    But in vidhayak colony plot sizes are mostly around 180 sqm in which again multi units in back and front are built by pvt builders , economical as compared but a little cramped

  • Be careful in investing in Colista Tower, Vaishali Sector 1. This is a Great fraud. The owner Mr Rana Tiwari r/o E-162 Greater Kailash-II is a great cheater. He has deceived me by holding my hard Earned money of Rs 10,80,000. He has not even seeking the approval of the project from GDA. He is not even refunding my money.

    I don't know where to post my query and don't want to start a new thread for my personal query so am posting here.
    I am interested in buying a plot in Vaishali for future development / prospective purposes. It will be long term . Am not interested in builder floor or flats. Want a piece of land, size depending on cost. any suggestions please ? Thanks in advance.

    What kinda issues? Depends on What price have you been quoted for 1 bhk.

    i have been quoted 24 lakh for 1 bhk ground floor front (no parking inside) near apex low rise. howz that price? not sure about compounding as well (forget to ask dealer).probably no compounding since multiple unit on 180 sqm plot.

    i have a budget of 20-22 (24 including registry ) and all.looking for 1 bhk front ground floor.

  • Which sector in noida are you talking about ? Saw 72..73 sector as well.... Sarjapur village .... Heard about dispute with farmers in that area....also saw sector 121 behind Ainara 121 and fng ....2 bhk in 23 lakhs .... Possession in 1 year.... I have doubt on legality of land over there..... That's y looking in IP area ( already developed so less legal hurdles)

    Is it safe to buy 2 BHK builder flat (has four flats per floor, total three floors on ~ 200 sq.mt. plot).

    Is registry happening for such flats in indirapuram, vasundhara area? Heard last year that some new building bylaw was awaited which would regularize construction of such per floor multi-unit flats, any updates on it.

    Compounding is penalty paid to gda for making more than one kitchen on a floor

    So, if "compounding is done" for a building with multiple units per floor, does it imply the flats in the building are legal as per GDA?
