Hi All,

I am planning to buy a flat in Gaur Siddhartham, Siddharth Vihar. I am planning for a 3 BHK flat, 1370 sq. ft, price is around 52-55 lacs for 4th floor. Will it be a good buy or should I consider some other projects also. Project is in soft launch and work will start in next 2-3 months.

  • I haven't seen land documents. But the executive at Gaur's office told me that they have all the approvals and if I want I can see the documents.

    Take a copy of documents and verify first. let them construct first. Buy only ready to move in Apartments

  • Hi team, I have booked a flat in gaur siddhartham in month April, 2017. Total area of property was 1055 sqt. As you all know gst was implemented in month of May 2017. As per my builder I need to pay service tax @4.5% of the total property cost. Is service tax applicable on under construction property, under construction property means any construction going on but it is still a empty land. Builder still needs to start construction. So I just wanted to know still I need to pay service tax. As now gst is introduced and new buyers are getting gst wave off n no service tax. Kindly guide n help me on this.

    Since you signed the agreement with builder for construction of flat and its a service hence gst is applicable. Even on any under construction property its applicable. To attract new customers they may waive Gst but it should be compensated by them to govt. It may be land now but excavation is also part of construction.
