    Yes... G Block is little bit slow as work on all 3 towers are going on.... my Booked in E Block and that's speed looks fine from last 11 Months.....

    I think Finally E Block Possession will be in Dec 2013
    and Finally G Block Possession will be in June 2014

      saurabh bhai..1yr delay G block normal hi hai..first phase me speed aache thi ab yeh bhi slow ho gaye shayad winter effect ho .
      classic residency ki new road ki exact location kya hai..shreya and classic ke beech se jayegi ki kahin aur se...start and end point clear karoge saurabh bhai. current 8 mtr road to bhut conjested ho gayi hai ..

        New wide 45 Meter Road will come in between Shryal & Classic from (RNE Eway - Aashiana) from one side and Ajanara Integrity by other side.... but Internal RNE roads will take around 1-2 years in finished as it is done 1 by 1 by GDA.... 24 Meter Road of SVP,Aashiana..... work has been started.... once this done then 45 Meter road from Ajanara Integrity will start.....

        Last week I also discuss with few current residence of Classic.... they looks quite happy.... as per them no issue of electricity.... 2 hour authority cut at this time and during that power backup generator run and quality is very good.... No issue of Local Vegetables or Doodh Wala all are providing service at CR Gate so smooth.... around 10 very reputed school buses also just pass near by.... They feel that in next 2-3 years (when we will get possession) life will be quite more smooth & better.... For other needs at this time they go to Sanjay Nagar & Raj Nagar or IP/GZB Malls . Overall they quite happy with purchased 20Lac-24 Lac 2BHK (cost at that time paid) in Classic and Living with family happily.

            Hi Saurabh,

            Have a question to you.
            I recently come to know that CR (classic Residency) Flaxi plan is not approved by any HDFC bank for home loan.
            For this I have talked to builder and he is saying that only Lohiya Nagar Ghaziyabad branch of HDFC has Flaxi plan approvals and they have disbursed it for many buyers of CR (under Flaxi plan).

            But When I asked to HDFC bank persons, they are saying that, it is not possible. If Flaxi plan is not approved for CR then it's can't be disbursed from any branch.

            I am confused whom should I believe..

              I have no big idea of this at this time as I had taken loan 1 year before by DHFL, discuss it with CR Account department they will find a way as it's their responsibility to provide Loan..... You can also change it to CLP Plan.....

              Actually everywhere in NCR now banks has stick order (after NE disputes) to maximum provide Loan only in CLP Plan and not in DP/Flexi..... CR Account department will definitely help you in this regard.

                Thanks for your quick response.

                I have already talked to CR Account department. And they said to transfer my loan file to Ghaziyabad branch.
                As converting to CLP from Flaxi will be costlier to me (200 per sqrfit).
                Thus I have only left with the option to transfer my loan file to Ghaziyabad branch.
