    Covered Area is = 844 SF check as below
    Drawing room 16 x 11 = 176 SF
    Dining room 9 x 9 = 81 SF
    Master BED room 12.5 x 10 = 125 SF
    Other BED room 11 x 10 = 110 SF
    Other BED room 10 x 10 = 100 SF
    Kitchen 9 x 6 = 54 SF
    1st Toilet 5 x 7 = 35 SF
    2nd Toilet 5 x 7 = 35 SF
    1st Balcony + 2 wardrobe 21 x 4 = 84 SF
    2nd Balcony + 1 wardrobe 11 x 4 = 44 SF

    Loading is ((1190-844)*100)/1190 = 29%

      Yes Deppak, Other builders are providing three bed rooms in same size (1335). offcource CR offeriing 3 BHK in 1190 but small room size 10X10, 10X11 and 10X12 goodfor investment purpose only.

      This is not EK achcha and bada sapno ka ghar.

        What will be the loading for that

          I am getting a deal for 1376 sq ft flat ( whihc is 1335 but becasue on GF the size is more than 40 sq ft) at 2290 all inclusive.

          but as i calculate area is 65% only so I am in confusion.

              Is it Ground Floor or Upper Ground Floor.... If Ground Floor (ie in Still Area just above basement) then do check approval of GDA (which I think they should have now)... Approval of Floors in Still area has been taken very Later and constructed at the end of Tower work.

              Rate is fine, only check approval. If Upper Ground Floor then no issue at all.

                Can you share with us the layout of the flat here as i have found that most builders are giving only 60-65% as covered area then how could it be 29% here.

                    Can all CR phase 2 buyers, please update your all inclusive prices for your booked flats?
                    This will give me an idea of the level of negotiation I can do..
                    Also please mention the month when you booked..
                    For ex. I am offered 2211 AI (except service charges & registry) in Jan, 2012 for 8th floor in CLP in phase 2.

                      Saurabh Bhai, at wahat price (AI) did you get the deal for CR E tower ? I am also considering this tower to book a 1190 sq ft flat if get a good deal, till now I have brought them down to 2554 /sqft but not sure, how much further negotiable .. your expert views please
