    Bhai my booked rate was very less because I did it ~1+ years before, it was just 1800 PSF + 150 PSF (for 3 PLC) ie total 1950 PSF All Inclusive (having Modular Kitchen, 3 wardrobs , 3 PLC of 2nd Floor / Corners / 3 side open / 2 Acre park facing)

    As for this time you can get 1190 3BHK deal in 2300 PSF (Flexi) All Inclusive for 9+ Floor (1 PLC Rate). Do ask him for Free Modular Kitchen + 3 Wardrobs in same cost.... Negotiate HIGH with them, you will get.

      Thanks Saurabh bhai... though typed little wrong number it is 2254 for me(not 2554 ).. but still you got a great deal.. let me hammer them down further with cheque in hand if that works out

        Saurabh...I've paid the booking amount, but i have not signed the agreement yet...once the cheque gets cleared i will do that...
        the Buillder promised me semi modular kitchen...
        so my question is....can i still negotiate for fully modular kitchen...before signing agreement???

          Yaar, after submit check your deal can not change.... I think for new customers they are only giving Semi Modular Kitchen (not Full as before)....

          if you have any doubt in deal or with classic then better to stop the check and cancel booking. Before clearing the check everything is with in your own hand

            yaa i also think that they are giving semi modular to phase 2 customers....website pe bhi full modular kitchen mentioned nahin hai....like it is there in phase 1...
            chalo ab kya kar sakte hai...
            jo ho gaya so ho gaya....
            ghar milne ka sukoon zindagi bhar ke liye ke saamne ....ye compromize kuch bhi nahin...

                Congratulations to all of you for making it an excellent source of Information.

                This is my first post.

                I am looking for an Apartment for RTM. After having visited RNE around 5 times and
                seeing the RTM flats of
                River Heights,
                Ajnara Grace,
                KDP and
                Classic Residency,

                I have zeroed down to two options.

                1. River Heights 1180 Resale Flat
                Quoted Price 31.5 L(without Negotiation, Brokerage and Service Tax, Registry )

                2. Classic R. 1335 New Flat (Tower D)
                Quoted Price 31 L(without Negotiation,Service Tax, Registry)

                I am unable to make a choice now( Earlier I was tilted fully towards CR)
                But I find that the Carpet Area for 1180 River Heights Flat and CR 1335 Flat
                are coming to be the same.

                How is this much variation possible?

                Can Veteran Members Pls advise what should I do?

                Also how much is % scope for Quoted Price to come down in both options.

                Guys pls give as clear response to above as possible.
                Will mean a lot to me.

                    River Heights has big Location advantage in RNE, if you are getting same rate with same carpet area (IMPORTANT) then Book in River Heights, but calculate carpet area carefully....
