  • This is great news. As per sale of agreement, SVP Gulmohur Garden falls in Noor Nagar and I guess so does all other projects in vicinity. So is RNE's official name is Noor Nagar ?

    anyways, infrastructure and amenities will be strong once these proposals become fruitful.

    RNE falls in Noor Nagar. Infrastructure outside RNE itself developing very good as per the next 2 years time-frame. After such GDA NOOR NAGAR township it will also improved internal infra of RNE very good. Also after such townships internal local travel facility will also improved a lot like shared local autos , metro feeder buses , passenger buses. It will also appreciate the rate of RNE because GDA launching are much more than current RNE societies even in Madhuban-Baapu Dham (2200+ PSF) , because RNE is better location then Madhuban-Baapu Dham and comparability 6KM more close to Delhi / Noida hence its sure that NOOR NAGAR launching rates will be around 2500+ PSF from GDA side , and such move will appreciate the RTM flats of RNE a lot.

    After few years GDA also have full plan to launch 1000 Acre IT SEZ in NOOR NAGAR & other side of NH-58, however all will be done gradually in several years but each & every such move is good for RNE. In RNE we are not paying rates for all of such dreams (like YEW) , in RNE buyer is purchasing at 2000 PSF rate for RTM and all of such more facilities will be an extra incentives.

  • i only wish some of these initiatives come up sooner than later. I will be moving to RNE by Dec-11 or early 2012 and the present tranport facilities are .. well non existant !

    Rajnagar extension is a name given by builders of the area to the combined residential zone consisting of - Morti Village, Noor nagar Village and Sihani Village.

    GDA's upcoming noornagar integrated township will be spread across all three areas, and GDA is already developing Sewage Treatment plant in Morti Village.

    As the article says, phase I will be on the Noornagar side, that is on the ride side of NH-58 bypass consisting of societies like KDP/SVP/Ashiana/Ajnara.

    Phase II will be on the Sihani side, i.e. River Heights/SG Estates/GD Goenka school.


    I think its high time GDA officially change the name of this area to Rajnagar Extension.

    गाजियाबाद विकास प्राधिकरण (जीडीए) ने नयी टाउनशिप बसाने के लिए हाल में उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से घोषित नयी भूमि अधिग्रहण नीति के तहत 460 एकड़ भूमि अधिग्रहण की प्रक्रिया रविवार को शुरू कर दी। यह टाउनशिप चार गांवों को शामिल करेगा जिसमें अकबरपुर, नूर नगर, दुहाई और बेहरामपुर शामिल होंगे।


    जीडीए के उपाध्यक्ष नरेंद्र सिंह ने कहा कि भूमि के सीमांकन के लिए नोटिस जारी कर दिये गए हैं। नयी भूमि अधिग्रहण नीति के तहत 460 एकड़ भूमि का अधिग्रहण किया जाएगा। इस नयी नीति से किसानों को कुछ राहत मिलेगी क्योंकि वे भूमिहीन और राशिहीन नहीं रहेंगे।

    उत्तर प्रदेश की मुख्यमंत्री मायावती की ओर से घोषित नीति के अनुसार किसान को विकसित नयी टाउनशिप में आवास के उद्देश्य से एक प्लाट मिलेगा और इसके साथ ही उन्हें अधिग्रहित भूमि का कुल राशि का 20 प्रतिशत का भुगतान नगद किया जाएगा। भूमि अधिग्रहण किसान की रजामंदी के बाद किया जाएगा तथा भूमि की राशि उनसे सलाह मशविरा करने के बाद तय की जाएगी जो कि सरकार की ओर से भूमि की प्रस्तावित राशि के अनुसार होगी।
