Vasundhara is one of the most famous townships in Ghaziabad. The capital rates of Vasundhara have shown an increase of 10% since June 2010, this is marginally less (3%) than price appreciation in Vaishali in the same period but it is about 5% more than price movement in Indirapuram.

The prevailing rental rate for shops in Vasundhara for a month is R60 per sq ft. There is no consistency in home rental rates in Vasundhara.
One can find both a 3and 2BHK, for R12,000 per month. The rates mainly depend on the surroundings.
The rent rate is R10 psf whereas for a builder independent flat the rate can go high up to R600 psf.
