    Sahi Baat, aur agar itna hi dum tha 7X or 137 main tu abhi tak investors ku return ke naam par kya mila...wo bhi tu bataoooooo.......Mr. Arjun

    Ye 32 lacs wala Paras 7 years pahle launch kitne main hua tha? Kya saving bank account ka bhi interest i.e. 4%PA bhi mile?

    Returns are coming in NOIDA but in low density short in supply sectors having infrastructure and distance from main city like Vaishal/IP etc only....

    I must say that you are very resourceful Arjunji. These towers are developed by Ghaziabad Development Authority at the advent of Vaishali. Must be more than 30 years old. Why don't you post photos of enumerable societies in and around Shipra Mall and Indirapuram Habitat Centre? Do not pick photographs of aged structures whose life is over.

  • By the way, if repairs are done, these look much better than the newly constructed structures of NOIDA's new sectors. The carpet area is very good. I thought you are reasonable person. It appears you argue for the sake of augment. For your information, these towers are not open for sale. People are staying in them for the last 30 years.
