    Bhai sincere suggestion ... Pls visit both styles yourself after shortlisting .. measure carpet area ... Check sunlight using google tool in winter and in summer time since direction of sun keeps on changing ...and measure time taken to reach office .. and important relatives ... Also that in noida registration is double higher because of leasehold properties ... I took 1850 sqft 1650 carpet area in 70 L 73.5 after registration in gzb indirapuram after negotiation with builder .... Similar option in noida apartment base was 75 but total with registration and lease transfer and taxes went up till 90 ...beyond my budget ... I work in sec 62

    Commondooo sahab which one 1865 sqft in 70 lac means 4000 / sqft in indirapuram

    Builder flat is the biggest mess one could buy that too in IPLaxminagar/Vaishaliseemapuri. And if it is of backside then allah maalik

    Builder flats are poor housing , but can still work in large size ( 350 m / 2 flats on floor ). They become increasingly bad as flats size reduces ( 250m , 4 flats per floor )

    Builder flats at back side MUST be avoided at all costs . With no sunlight or ventilation, they are a virtual trap . Buy smaller , Buy in far away locality , buy top floors, buy anything but not the back side

    Dont worry , soon you will find these pictures in Noida extension also , even it will be much worse as all are knowing the density for NE .
    You are selectively showing Gzb in bad face , if that was the case and Noida so clean and good why are all brokers struggling to sell huge inventory In NE ?

  • I remembers Faridabad brokers doing same in Noida thread 3years back and now we dont know where they disappeared. If someone is real good he will not have to work hard to sell it :)

    Some brokers posting pictures of trashes but forgets it's same situation everywhere in India. Noida situation is worse as every good sector has a village adjoining it so village people throw trash right on sector road. We Indians don't have basic civic sense and usage of dustbin are premium. On top of it...cleaners and trash collectors don't do their job.

    Anyway let's stick to thread topic. Brokers selling for other cities can go back to their city thread.
