    1. High Carpet Area(>70%) and Built-up Area(>85%)
    2. Good Construction Quality
    3. Not older than 5-6 years from completion
    4. Price less than 6000 psqft

    Kindly provide your recommendations

    Also, hows public transportation if someone has to more from IP to Delhi Secreteriat? how much time does it take?

    Did you notice, the second picture shows the repair of one of the buildings. I go daily through vaishali metro station and I have noticed that repair and painting of these buildings is going on. One such repaired/repainted building (last photo) looked much better than the gaur ganga tower. Click as many pictures as you like because you won't see them in this condition in near future.

  • It is not the best one in Vaishali. But sold at reasonable rates. Near to metro station and vaishali market. That is all. Suitable for working couples.
