Ghaziabad Investment in Plots

  • Ghaziabad Investment in Plots

    Hi I have heard thats plots are coming up near rajnagar extension
    with price tag of just 7 lacs /100 sq yard .
    he is saying :-
    registry will be done
    mutation will be done
    ammenties
    electricity polls,gated society etc

    location :- 2 km away interior from main road near morti village.

    please give me advice should i invest.

    At this rates these are not approved plots at all, these are agricultural plots and directly sale by farmers..... Avoid such cheap plots (PHAS JAOGE)....

    Once approved plots will be launched in RNE it will be not less than 20K PSY for sure.... BTW chances are very low of Plots in RNE as it is fully Society Flats Area and in future will be Commercial/SEZ area.... no chances of individual plots , homes , builder floors here (as other GZB areas have)

      but suna hai river height ke bagal mei koi builder plot ki scheme bhi lekar aa raha hai

        Builders can launched PLOTs anytime with in his gated society but rates will not be less than 25K PSY.....

            Manoj Bhai.... Plots in RNE is nothing official at this time even from private builders... last time Shryal group launched such plots and then run away..... all investors goes down.....

            If any of such good approved PLOTs scheme launched in RNE then I will let you know definitely.... All near areas of RNE has plots rates around 80K+ PSY (Main Raj Nagar , IP , Vasundhara..) , so investment in RNE plots will be good at 20K PSY but right now no such Plan.

            Right now plots in RNE is just Hawa Hawai.... , Aur aapko kisi aaese waese builder ke chakkar me parne nahe denge, as security of money is most important

              I know, the safety of the investment is prime . I can compromise on the ROI, but not on my money going down the drain .

                ma its project of sawhney builders known as amara town. they had prelaunch in 2006 but due to change in govt they could not get through . may be now they are launching it now after all approval . if its right , it will be big township with apartments villas and all

                  last month mai flat dekhne gaya tha river height ke last wale tower mai gd goenka side ek plot khali pada hai broker ne bataya ki yaha plot scheme aayegi

                    can any one tell me about River Height Status (Back side of Riverheight)

                    I have booked a flat in River Height Status before 10 months and still the project is not approved and they still not started construction yet.

                    I also heard that they are launching plots in half side of total status project

                    and some people also tell me that the status project is canceled. When i called to River Height then they tell me that there are some technical issues so the project is still not approved and it will take 4-6 more month to get approval.

                    My problem is that when i booked my flat in Status then that time price is was lower then Rs. 300-400 /sqf and now all other builders already increased their price. if i canceled my flat from Status and go to other project then i did not get the benefit of appreciation also heave to buy new flat at current price.

                    Please tell me what i do now. Wait for next 6 months or exit.
