Can anyone please suggest how the above mentioned two projects score comparatively on the following parameters particularly for 3BHK units:

1) Location
2) Density of apartments/units in the project
3) Green Area/Club house
4) Move in status
5) Society Facilities
6) Tentatively best prices to look for
7) Construction quality
8) Any surprises to expect

Any additional information will be really appreciated.

    2) Density of apartments/units in the project: better only 441 units
    3) Green Area/Club house: AU has one of the best in IP
    4) Move in status: Ready. Fully developed strong RWA
    5) Society Facilities: OC Yet to develop
    6) Tentatively best prices to look for: No idea
    7) Construction quality: AU is better
    8) Any surprises to expect : No Idea

  • AU is better option. But if still considering Olive, the 2+1 unit should be negotiated for max 64 Lacs (all inclusive). This is for central park facing. Brokers will take you on a ride for 70 lacs onwards but deals are happening between 60-64 lacs

  • Any change in scenario now. Ashina Upvan vs Olive County.

    I liked Upvan alot apart from two issues
    1. Seepage in almost all towers

    2. Developing landfill area near hindon visble from Upvan (I think some court stay is already there on it, but you never know).

    Havent visited Olive county yet.

    Any views anyone.
