      Guys, I am interested in a plot and have a budget of 1 crore for investment purpose only. I am from north Delhi and want to choose between TRonica city or KUndli or maybe ROhini . Which one do you suggest out of these?

            Dear Shantanu,
            I also own a plot (150 sqmts) in Ansals. Can u share your contact no. Need to discuss about maintenance of this project. I am not paying the monthly charges.
            Just want to settle the total maintenance amount.
            Can you plse help me on this issue.

                  Still looking for a good school for my daughter though. Heard several negative reviews about Salwan and until accessibility issues get resolved, it might be a problem for some to put up there.

                    Be Positive and have Patience

                    Hi. I m following TC since 2006 when i got an allotment Sec.B-5&6, since then the area has not only shown anticipated development but also with news of freehold which creeped recently, had shown future growth path for investors. Keeping aside connectivity issues, the area has tremendous potential for end-use as well. Be positive and have patience. The investments will really prove fruitful in coming years. Thx.
