Can anybody shine light on the pros and cons of this project from the investment point of view?
The project is based in Crossing Republik and the builder is saying that it will be delivered by Dec. The work seems to have been delayed due to the corona and the pollution thing in the beginning of this year.

The pace of work seems good and the current quoted price for a 1022, 2BHK floor is 35 lacs.

Can any senior member share his thoughts, please?
