valuable suggestions are requested from the iref user about fortune residency.



1. how is the location.
2 . how good is builder reputation.
3. how construuction quality.
4. how is floor layout.

is it good option to purchase a flat in this society, what are other good options in comparision to this society in clp plan.

  • · Floor plan is very good; I like its 1690 and 1350, big room size, good ventilation. if we compare 1350 size with 1370 Ajnara Integrity, 1360 grace, 1400 signature or other same size flats fortune is better than others.
    · Location is good nearby Ashiyana, SVP and gaur. Good for investment as well as for end users.
    · Construction quality is very good (structure). I visited the site tow week back
    · Construction in full speed, third floor linter completed.
    · This group is launching a new project also behind KDP “Park Residency”.

    i just visited the site and found that road in front of the fortune is half completed means road is built in front of builder plot only thereafter it is closed.
    construction is very slow.
    builder's guys are very reluctant to show you papers , they are fussy type . dont even willing to map and they say that it all will be given shown only after 10% payments is made to them.
    they says that do not worry about loan all bank gives loan , no need to go outside , sbi etc are providing loan at their premises.

    i am a bit circumspect about this condition of 10% , no builders talks like that .is it mandatory to pay 10% before paper can be seen or a copy can be obtained.

    I have seen all documents of phase – I before booking the flat and in approvals there is no problem. I think there should not be any problem in showing the document if they have the same. The road in front of fortune is approved and certainly it will connect to the main RNE highway, it is not just for fortune but for KW, ashiyana and SVP also.

    agreed., i personally loved that 1600sft area plan. but this goes little outta my budget. :|
    the society is inside from the main road, should not be a problem if the connecting road works out. last time i had words with the guys over there they had proposed me rs.2300/ sft rate, all inclusive. what you been quoted?

    rs 2300psf was for which floor and area sir, and what is month in which you were given quote.i am being quoted 2500 sft.

    I have received demand letter for 4th slab from the fortune residency.
    Why the work in KM is very slow. I have not seen any activity at the KM site. is there any problem?
