Hi,

I am planning to buy a ready to move 3 BHK flat in indirapuram. I looked several once but found RAISON ARMOUR HOMES Ahinsa Khand decent enough in my budget (50 to 57 Lacs). Tried to search mroe about this society on internet and IRF but didn't found anything.

Can anyone suggest how good is this society or any better society where I can get 3 BHK in my above mentioned budget.

  • Decent enough society to live in .. still all depends upon the price when compared to other societies nearby... Whats the area of the flat and what is the all inclusive price you are getting a flat here ?

  • Ya at 4000 rs psf it seems to be a bit costlier.. which floor is this price for ? And what amenities did they tell u are being provided in this society ? I live exactly opposite this apartment in Ashiana Upvan..

    This price is for a flat on 3rd & 6th floor. The aminities they are giving is parking, swimming pool (Just for name sake) , a small park (just for name sake),
    Gym (again only for name sake) and community hall with TT table inside it.

    What is the prevailing rate in Ashiana Upvan.

  • Location wise the price is decent but i guess not for this society...If you see their amenities like what they call a park you would find that a lawn in ones house might be bigger than this so called park that they have...other facilities are also for name sake - as far as i came to know about it.. Having said that again it depends from person to person.. I would not like to spend a particular amount ONLY for the location as i have to spend most of the time inside the society and my flat so atleast it should be above average...and everyone has his own definition of "Average"...

    Gud luck Mr Rathore....Dont forget to update us if u shift here..Being a neighbour it calls for a treat :-) after all anyhow you would become the OWNER of a flat...

    But in IP and Vailshali Many of the societies except few have similar story and features. those few are commanding good premium only.

    Thts y i said the point of view varies from person to person... though at a good location in IP but for such a society i don't find this price worth it...for someone else it might be a good deal to crack ..

    Ab Rathore saab flat lein ya na lein.. jahan bhi lein party to banti hai.. waise CCD bhi paas mein hi khul gaya hai ...Rathore saab ko zyada door nahi jana padega party dene..

    But I am getting more inclined towards Gr Noida now because we are getting a much better flat with better amenities in much lesser rate.

    Regarding advantages of IP over GN, I would only say that from long term prespective I seen GN as a better place to live than IP and the most important part is it's in my budget :D.

    By the way if conveyance is not a problem and u dnt hv to travel much for ur office/business then i agree that GN would give u better options at the moment.. One main advantage being that there is still some scope left for prices to appreciate depending from project to project.. so even if ur looking for something to live in it might give u better rewards later in terms of investment if the need be...

    Whereas in IP the prices are already sky high so no point of investment scope left for RTM societies for the time being...
