The news of recent recession and Noida extension gonna be clear by 15th june ...can become a big hurdle for RNE.

    Lots of NE Guys bashes Crossing Republic a lot due to this Dumping Ground Factor.... but they forgot always that their own societies of NE just 1-4 KM Arial distance from his HUGE dumping ground of 6,00,000 KG Garbage Capacity PER Day.... One of such society is Mahagun Wood NE which is even just 1 KM Arial Distance far from this DG.

    they must shut their mouth regarding dumping ground issues.
    cause mahagun/GC-16 are very closed to DG.but rest i dont think will be impacted either any way.

    Sorry, I was not aware about that. I read some post in which people were saying that Builder is ready to refund their amount with interest so I was under that impression. If the situation is different then yes its a point of concern and solution must be in place anyhow. I hope this issue resolved soon for atleast mental peace of buyers.

  • i dnt think NE holds any thing against RNE. the major difference is the price factor. while RNE would offr budget home. NE will have a higher side to that. i mean any project running in NOIDA wud have nothing less thn 4.5K per sqft area. tht too without plc n stuff. so why we think NE ll have only 3k mark? it wud atleast go n touch tht 4k mark. i think so.
    offcourse NE s much better location than RNE, come on we all lov e NOIDA much more than ghaziabad. but RNE wud take the cake away with being hindon river side :)
    i would prefer RNE on NE, but only because i wud get half the rate there in RNE.

    why NE&RNE comparison always get started in ghaziabad forum.If someone can not listen about any area then we must shut our mouth and keep fingers away from key board.
    why we always put the biased statement.
    while actual thing is that
    both areas can not be compared
    both has different requirements for end users(noida/delhi/meerut)
    both in different construction level.
    both has almost different builder lobbies.
    jisko jaha lena hai le.End user ko pta hai ki use kha rhna hai aur investers ke pas itna dimag hota ha ki use pta ha ki kha paisa lagana hai.they will not spend their money after reading our threads.

    so why we should waist our time in worthless topics.

    You are right ragh_ideal Ji.... next time if such same topic thread created again then ask ADMIN to close that..... several threads on duplicate topic already not allowed.... There are huge number of threads 3-4 (or more) for NE/RNE Comparison and all are full Waste as both areas are for Different USER BASE / Different Requirement..... and I personally see and 100% sure that both area NE/RNE has very great future.... Without any good things RNE can not reach from 1800 PSF to 3000 PSF with in 18 Month, and without any good points NE buyers still do not wait for NE Solution....

    RNE / NE has Best Future in NCR, all will analyze it after few years.... Location of RNE & NE both are very good and it depends upon from which Area/Jobs/Business person eyes area is analyzing...... Actual END USERS ki kami OLD GN mai ho sakti hai par NE / RNE mai kabhi naahi.
