:bab (26):I am looking for 2bhk in Ghaziabad/Noida area from reputed builders in 25 - 30 Lacs Range for long term living purpose, I can wait for 2 years of time span.

I have seen adv. from builders like:

    Aranya GH2 - SEC 119 Noida
    UNI HOMES 2 SEC 117 Noida

    Mahagun - Mezzaria SEC 78 NOIDA

  • NO EMI Scheme called Subvention plan too where builder make a fool to customer . Please check some if and buts-
    1. No Emi till possesion always have some * which has T&C apply where Customer screwed up.

    2. No EMI till x Months/x years is the time till then builder may not able to put a single brick on the project site!!!

    3. The extra cost added to the plan is even help builder to make some more money out of it.

    And so far I do not see any project at RNE which offer this scheme nor I suggest you to go for this false scheme.
