hello i recently bought a 1 bhk in indirapuram shakti khand 3 back side flat with excelent interior work ,fall cieling in all rooms n woodwork uptothemark.its ready to move from inside but exteriors of building will be finished in the next 3 months.exteriors are done up nicely also with little tile work used.costed me 25 lac all inc of registry and comission in july 2012.
this area is also facing a large developing park which should be ready by dec 2012 this year.

i would like to know appreciation of backside 1bhk builder flat in indirapuram shakti khand 3 from july 2012 onwards. what could be the appreciation i could expect by jaN 2013 last exit out of this investment.this thread would also definately help all 1bhk flat owners and small investors in indirapuram particularly in shakti khand3 .if someone knows the appreciation or can predict it starting from july 2012 to jan 2013 PLEASE DO ELABORATE ON THE REASONS OF UR EXPLANATIONS.THANKS

  • Builder floors appreciation is always less than society flats. Only end users who can't afford 2 BHK in builder floor will go for 1 BHK. If u are looking for appreciation only (no end use), then u should buy a plot. 1 BHK builder floor are not going to give appreciation in future as compare to flat. My POV.
