    Guys,
    What are the current market price for Crossing Republic? How is the market value for Crossing township, since there a praposed DG near it, but what is the status for the DG construction? Is it 100% sure that DG will be constructed there or its still undecided on DG construction?

    I am a new flat owner in crossing (not yet shifted) but not sure whether to keep the flat or should sale it and come out of it with some profit?

    Kindly provide your valuable suggestions on this?

    Resale as of now is very good, as compare to last year almost 25 to 40% apperciation... however DG is a Monster time to time raises its head, nothing is concrete about it so far... chances are high. Rest if you have any better location than easily can dispose the unit.

      For GH-7 resale prices are 3300-3350 for 3 BHK & 3400-3500 for 2 BHK.Rest of the Crossings will be either equal or less than this...

            Yes CR has shown the best aperciation but only in d year 2011 2012. reasons are varied for sure ..... major credit goes to Noida Extension Crisis.

            But now somewhat prices are stablized after NE opens. moreover DG is big issues hovering around CR ..... furture of CR would be based on DG and Connectivity ..... hoping it will be resolved in coming years however word of caution is nearby polluting industries of Ghaziabad and gentry in surroundings which is long lasting

              So as of now investment options are not too much in noida region (NCR) in budget homes..?? (budget means 2Bhk in 25 to 35L)...

              any suggestions where we can see decent appreciation .. area/project in whole ncr?

                RNE is best option .... nice area near to Delhi , fresh breeze (non polluted unlike CR).... area is getting better connectivty. Raj Nagar Extension

                  yes i also think so .. but builder are not much renowned .. and investment horizon should be above 3 4 yrs..

                    Yes ... but go for some good builders like , KW shristhi , Fortune Residency, Green View, SVP, Classic Residency ( i have unit with them) , branded ones include SG, Gaur and Ajnara are also good.

                    3 or 5 years I assume , the area will have seamless connectivity and devlopments around ... its going to be second indirapurm
