  • supertech CLP is rs 2525 for 1bhk(690 sq ft)(approx 23 lakhs all inclusive) booking amount 1 lac,
    wave infra saying approx 20 lakhs(all inclusive) for 1bhk(approx 700 sq ft) booking amount 1.5 lakhs
    and i am new investor, so plz suggest with good advise and cn we ask for discount in pre launch?

    BTW some one mention 17L for 700sft in Wave ----on IREF today only.

    yes but charges will apply after 17lakhs, so it will goes to 20 lakhs all inclusive.
    recommend will it be gud option to invest?

    Sector 3 - 4 possession is supposed to be in last of 2013 although it may get delayed by 4 - 5 more months ..

    once the possession starts and log start living there, appreciation will bound to come in remaining sector too till sector 5 - 7 ... newly launched flats in sector 5 will take almost 3~4 years to get possession.. so till that time, your flats will have appreciated much if you stay invested as most of the near by sector will have got possession.

    As wave city is in pre-launch state, you may ask for some discount in rates ...

    PS: Kindly visit the place before investing there. have a look and then decide ...

    Yamuna Expressway bhi to Delhi dur hai.

    sir ... aap bahut purane khiladi ko IREF ke , you are very active too.
