Ghaziabad Development Authority Indirapuram Flat Scheme 2014 Applications & Details PDF Download - Master Plans India

All inclusive cost is around 4900-5000.

    1) Is'nt this expensive in Indirapuram considering that it is a government proposal. Is there any juice left at this pricing?

    2) I presume GDA also work akin to other government agencies if not worse?

    3) Quality of construction should be max average?

    Views are welcome

UP government is rightly called a chor government.

See clause 6.20 - interest 12% charged for installment based payment

+ 65% is already reserved under various categories.

This is 60-70% expensive considering the fact that an average quality ready to Move in apartment is around 5000 persqft in Indirapuram...This will be delivered in say 5 years if all goes well(promised 4 year + usual 1 year delay)...So considering average 10% per annum Interest on your paid money which you have to pay in full now(if not paid full now then pay 12% ineterest) will make your compounded intereest component to be say~60%+...So this scheme apartment is roughly 60% expensive than current open market rate...If it was ready to Move in case, then it is same as Market rate or may be 10% less than market rate, but since it will take 5 years to deliver and money in full to be paid now, this payment Plan makes this scheme 60% more expensive than current market rate (assumption that market rate of Indirapuram is almost saturdated from last few years in the range of 5K sqft +- 10% and rates are not going anywhere from here)....

  • Crap scheme. You pay so much that too upfront and you still wait for 3-4 years.

  • Seniors - Please suggest if we should apply for this scheme or avoid it.

  • Avoid it, always go with RTM. Private sector builders are dancing project late mujra, how come GDA will manage the delivery. This will get delayed for sure. Take a note of it.

Too much price for a government scheme. Quality will be sub par and for this price you can get rtm

  • Hi everyone!!

    I have been allotted a 3bhk * 72.5 lac.

The news is location. It is now finalized at a new location facing green belt and surrounded by reputed projects. However, I am skeptical about the construction quality of a 10 story government project.

So seek your kind advice. Thanks a ton ☺☺

  • What kind of advice are you seeking. Quality should be Gda std only. I dont think you will get buyers also coz rates are not too lucrative either. So frnd plz bear with it...
