I have bought one flat in Ghaziabad ( Vasundhra) which will be available for possession in mid year.
Can one please tell me the process of registration and the charges involved into so , that I can financially prepared for the same.

  • just read this message that I posted 10-20 days back. you will get exact idea.

    I tell you the real numbers. 2 bhk windsor shipra
    suncity costed 62 lac. then paid 7% stamp duty
    through e stamp paper which was 4.34 lacs. then
    paid 8000 to lawyer in kachahery. then paid 1% to
    broker which was 62000. then finally mutation
    charges of 62000.
    so paid 5.66 lacs in addition to flat cost of 62
    lac.
    also to mention other things like
    kitchen woodwork 95000 +10000 for electric
    chimney
    installation of almirahs and aluminium windows
    with slider 90000
    paint work 15000.
    electrician 8000
    that is 218000 extra
    so in all a 2bhk windsor flat of shipra sun cityfirst
    floor costed me
    62 + 5.66 + 2.18= 69.84 lacs
    seller took everything in white.
    no black money was involved.

    If we purchase a registered flat in resale given possession one month back, does the builder holds any rights or do we need to contact builder?

    Also, what is the process to have our name in builder records as society will be managed by builder for two years, till RWA is formed.
