  • Roof rights and temporary construction

    Dear sir,
I am R K Singh. i am a resident of Indrapuram ghaziabad. i have purchased builder flat top floor. i have the roof rights in my sales deed.
my question is-- on the roof of the building, builder has already divided the roof with one ft boundary wall along with whole floor wall for each top floor flats. the common amenity (water tank..) are constructed on 4 pillar above the roof (we can say a small floor for the water tank above the stairs..). so if i think to make a storage area on my roof boundary then there would not be any removal or any disturbance to the common area.

so please let me know can i proceed to make a storage room?? is there any formalities that i should take care of?

Re : Roof rights and temporary construction

Nothing is required, go ahead with kachcha work, don't use plaster etc as it is for storage only.
