    Please consider Eros Sampoornam and Gulshan i homz prior deciding in Noida extn. I have recently invested in gulshan Vivante in Sec 137 and a very close friend of mine booked in Gulshan i homz in noida extn. They are beautiful properties and builder past record is also good. Eros is also big name and good builder.

They sold land to big branded builder/investor nexus like supertech, gaur, amrapali, mahagun, eros etc and are making big money under the table."

    NE is a very slow prospect and we all know that. For land(master plan) to get cleared and project to get bankable, it is usually taking 1 year

    CR is in close proximity to NE which should be ready to move in 6 months or so is a very potent choice for home-seekers.
