Guys...

Good news for Noida Extention Gaur City Buyers. GC-4 & GC-5 Plan has been aprooved by Greater Noida Authority (i believe Gaur is the first one to get this) couple of days before. I have booked in GC-5 & got the Buyer/Seller Agreement yesterday..

Bank Of Baroda is now disbursing loan on DP as well...Below is what writeen in the agreement about the builtup area:-

2 BHK (1 Study) - 1175 SQFT
Leasable Area - 1175 SqFt
Unit Covered Area (including Walls) - 809.67 SQFT
Cupboard Area - 23.03 SQFT
Balcony Area - 104.2 SQFT
Circulation Area - 151.15 SQFT
Lease Area (Super Area) - 86.95 SQFT (Its written "Add for lease area"...not sure what it means).

Pls comment/suggest if this looks fine

    Congratulations , now you will be able to get finence on your flat, i have heared that registration work for plot no.. GC-2 " PARK AVENUE " has also completed , is it true and the builder of PARK AVENUE M/S AIG INFRATECH has applied for sanction of maps in authority, do you have some about that because i have booked a flat at park avenue... ?

    Vikas...I believe gaur has given FSI for GC-2 to some other builder (Park Avenue). I am not sure about this guy... But this can be true bec all the builders have applied for approval of MAP in Greater Noida Authority. I would suggest go & talk to builder about the status.

    Gaur's own contruction i.e. GC4 & GC5 have been sanctioned & Banks are disbursing loan.

    Thanks... I have collected the Greement from their Office directly. I thk they will mail it but it will take some time..Godd to collect it directly & clear any doubts if any..

    Yeah i have booked in both...May be sell Gaur one...but not sure at the moment :(.

    Yes i am well aware that GC-2 " PARK AVENUE " is being developing by AIG INFRATECH INDIA PVT LTD.... i know that this builder is too good in their work, i have been told by them that those have get registered their plot GC-2 in their name and submitted their map for approval, can bank approve loan before approval of maps, cause i want to pay in one D/P scheme .

    please share Bank Of Baroda, IDBI home loan on DP interest rate details for Gaur city project.

    SBI also giving home lone for this project on DP? if yes then at what rate of intrest?

    Hi Anuj,

    I checked with HDFC Noida, they said GC-5 has not been approved yet. I have booked in GC-5. It would be great, if anyone in Noida can check for the loan disbursement from HDFC...

    I got the Sanction Plan Copy with me but is approved till 9th floor only banks is not disbursing for the floors above it, any way which is your floor and is BOB is asking for the guarantor.
