Hi friends,
i want to buy a 3 bhk flat in greater noida.
I visited at " park avenue " being developing by aig infratech ( india ) pvt. Ltd. On plot no. Gc-2 at gaur city. I liked their planning as each block is having only 4 flats on each floor, and prices i have been offered rs.2050/- per sft .
Friends i am new to this , so please suggest me what should i do ??

    Which is best, comparing between price, location , facilities . " PARK AVENUE ", GAUR CITY, or AMARPALI ?????

  • In my openion park avenue is the best option . i have seen their planning, they have planned in such a manner that you will get a huge central park for childerns to play around, their corridor is also wider then any other project, and prices are also on very lower side then Gaur's .I have already booked my flat their , you must book their, as i heared that they are going to revise their price by +100/- PSF very soon.:bab (6):

    Your suggestion is very valuable for me , when a person go to invest in property and specialy in a new developing area then its natural to think 100 times, for best returns of his investment. can you please tell me what extra charges they are charging like PLC, PARKING, and any other if any, any way i liked their concept of making 4 flats block very much, other wise i think that will become very coozy look of 8 flats on each floor and only 2 lifts for 8 flats......

    They are not charging any other charges their prices are inclusive of EEC, FFC, club membership, one time lease rent, power backup 1 kwa, open car parking is also inclusive,if you opt for covered parking then you will hav to pay a diff. of rs 75000/- their prices are realy very low in comparison to other's . make up your mind i am sure you will find it worthy.

    BSP 3130 +200000 car parking +Rs 25 ifmc +Rs 85 lease rent+rs 20000 power backup +Rs 30000 electricity charges after discount.

    Should i go for this project as i new in this.
