let us suppose authority pay extra compensation to farmers, then how much.....??
let us see how much a farmer will get for his developed land... if builders charge 200 per sq ft
200 (per sq ft from buyers) x 10.764 (sq ft to sq meter conversion) x 4 (actual FAR is more than 4. don't believe on authority or builder's calculation... just calculate it yourself. It is 4-5.) X 0.5 (assumed that only 50% land belongs to authority or builders. Rest land for common uses like roads, park, facilities etc ) x 10 (10% developed land 100/10=10) = 43,000 per sq meter

3790 is too high and actually it is even HIGHER as RG luxury is one of the highest loading project in NE.
So cost does not match the other good options available in market. And yes sample flat is fine but does it justify loading/price, that is individual decision.CommentQuote0Flag

I am planning to book 2bhk in RG this week, Getting better deal for RG from property dealer.
Pretty confused between Vedantam and RG.

- I purchsed in RG luxury in March 2013 @3230 BSP from company directly and I am very content in terms of RG's management support be it construction updates or documentation/support etc...as I am out of India.
Not sure about which industry is coming or not...I have purchased for end use only but may be after 5-6 years.
