Saw advertisement of RG Homes in today's edition of Times of India. So now we have another player in allready crowded Noida Extension RE market. The rates offered are very attractive Rs. 1700/- per sq ft in CLP.

So should we understand thye prices in Noida ext are going down?

Kindly share your views about this project

    I am booking one flat 1229 sq ft in H tower . 2nd floor. @3551 basic rate , Rs 250 floor plc and rs 100 view plc. As per your reply earlier, you got a better rate... can u share the agent or person's name who can provide better rate ...its urgent as i would finalise tomorrow.

  • Gaur city 2 and RG luxury price is almost same ...However, most brokers are recommending RG. Any other project you can recommend bettr than these even or in same line?

    Location wise, RG Luxury will always have an edge over Gaur city 2. Once the population moves into Noida Extension, areas around Gaur city 2, Vedantam, JNC the park and Mahagun Mywoods will have very high density.

    Loading is very high in this project so costly and location not great - Industrial area planned in front. Go for other good projects in NE.

  • loading is not very high// compared to others... its around 19.5% loading but atleast they have been transparent in declaring this....

    Resale Deals are happening from 3200 to 3400 All Inclusive , as per the location
