Saw advertisement of RG Homes in today's edition of Times of India. So now we have another player in allready crowded Noida Extension RE market. The rates offered are very attractive Rs. 1700/- per sq ft in CLP.

So should we understand thye prices in Noida ext are going down?

Kindly share your views about this project

    No, in fact loading is one of the highest in Noida extension and added to that high price and industrial sector in front.

    How did you calculate 19.5% loading - give figures?

  • yes this project is going to be one of the best in NE:)..Builder has done proper justice so far ... 18 acres land ..11 towers.. 4 lift in every tower..7 acre for podium and so on... i feel distance between 2 towers is also very appealing ... expert pls comment

  • It is better project by a comparatively transparent builder having large open/green area with better construction quality, though higher loading in this project is a issue. Once completed it should be among the best project in GN(W)...

    But you never know when a park would be scrapped and a new tower would be constructed on that.

  • I don't think after this Supertech verdict a new or upcoming builder will take a chance for illegal construction. RG is comparatively transparent and they have clearly mentioned the land for future expansion in their dummy model as well as brochure. So a couple of towers will be launched in coming months I suppose.

    However they can not use the park land for constructing towers. Luckily this project is Podium based (which is USP of this project). The podium based centrally will be connecting the base of all towers so no chance of playing or altering it.

    Delay Penalty clause is there .
    RG is very transparent they will pay penalty amount .
    they are ready to pay penalty amount as per their commitment
    from 2013 possession date .
    so don't worry about it

    Yep. Loading is too high and industrial sector in front so may not be a great location in future when industrial area becomes operational.

    Construction seems to be in good pace though and rates already on the higher side in NE.
