Saw advertisement of RG Homes in today's edition of Times of India. So now we have another player in allready crowded Noida Extension RE market. The rates offered are very attractive Rs. 1700/- per sq ft in CLP.

So should we understand thye prices in Noida ext are going down?

Kindly share your views about this project

  • Yes, its all inclusive (includes parking, EEC, FFC, Power Backup, club membership, lease rent) but excludes (1 Year Interest bearing maintenance security deposit Rs 1.5psf on built up area, 1 year maintenance advance Rs 25psf on built up area , club membership of 10k, dual electricity meter of 25k ).     Trai bhai r u kidding? Project have 36% loading phir bhi achchaa hai? Do u know its rate per square feet carpet area? Its around Rs 5235 psf.

    yes pradyot bhai...i tend to agree with u...dis is the only reason i didn't book in this project...however the features of this project are really nice....

    Radha Sky
    VVIP
    Raj Regidency.

    Projects having low loading are

    Steller
    Mywood
    Arihant
    .
    .
    .

    Pls verify yourself.........

  • RG Luxury loading is high but better layout than stellar:)

    But delivery is not guaranteed ... and free bees can be a hoodwink and quality is anybodies guess.

    So Stellar wins in these aspects.

  • Check delivered projects before booking with a builder

    Choose between a builder by checking their delivered projects rather than praying that they will deliver as promosed. So in this aspect RG Luxury is more of RISK than Stellar. My POV:)

  • Trying to be unbiased here, RG also has list of delivered projects same as Steller. I do not know how will be RG's project when delivered but Steller's construction quality is poor for the delivered projects

  • I have a concern on the location of this project as well as on others in the row of RG luxury such as Echo village III, Ajnara Le Garden etc.. There is industrial area in front of these projects. Right now that land is empty (One factory's structure is being built) but when industries/factories come there the scene will be very different and will not be pleasing.

    Would like to know others view on this concern of mine.
