Though I am not very xpert, but in my view brand value of Eros is definitely better. After taking feed back from few persons, I have understood this.
The most negative points of Eros are Location, relative higher price and average specification. Also, when I compared carpet area vs built area. It is not scoring impressively.
However, possession time could be an advantage.
For me, I am counting on the rate, If I get a very good discount- I may go for itCommentQuote0Flag

- Kitchen size in 2bhk is very small...and to my surprise in 3 bhk its no better..not really an expected improvement in kitchen area with an increase of 300 sq ft super area
