    All the newly launched sectors like 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 107, 104, 137 are part of HIGH DENSITY sectors.

    Surprisingly, Sector 119 and 120 are not marked as HIGH DENSITY.

    almost all the builders have same xxx flats/acres in all these sectors and sec 110 which is marked as less dense sector.

    What exactly is the significance of Recreational Green mentioned in the plan. If it means that land allocation for recreational green only has trees and plants and no projects or any other activity, then sector 104 becomes a very interesting place.

    sec 137 has been marked as only dense sector on e-way, dont forget that too.

  • finally, metro root has been specified. I think this will end all the rumor mongering about purposed metro station near every new society, that was being spread by builders. and root of metro is very logical. its going along drain, which has following advantages.


      land was already surveyed when constructing drain
      govt already owns the land on both sides of drain.

      so if metro does start constructing, it should be pretty fast as they won't have to worry about busy roads here.

    look at 95, it is also marked same !! hope this area does not meet the fate of 95. हाथी घोडे, और नेताओं की मुर्तिया...बस यही तो चाहिए...

    dont rely on masterplan of 2031 :( 20 years from now.. look at the thing and facts on hand now, who knows they may change it by the time u move in ur flat. all the sectors around sec 137 are marked as Industrial, i am sure if 137 project are all sold , sectors next to it would be next residential sector.

  • that may be true of older masterplan. but if authority is creating plan right now, it will be hard for them to change it in next 5-10 years.
