    Future is good..its not far in like plotted areas..right across the university. Many plots are owned by Big builders and NIIT is almost complete. i Valley and Globus in constrcution stage.Spiretech is launched. In North India ..Delhi NCR is one region where max job absorbtion is there...Companies are opening offices and requirement for CHEAP and GOOD office space is picking up again.

    The development of IT-MNC, SEZ, Space in this belt will be in this order:
    1. Noida expressway
    2. Greater Noida City
    3. Yamuna Expressway area

    I would give another 8-10 years to be like IT Parks behind Amity on noida expressway

    If you are an investor...stick with Noida expressway and Greater noida commercial. Yamuna expressway still has time...

  • Stick to Noida expressway for studio appartments

    Yamuna expressway will take time to come up...

    Logically speaking...Noida expressway will come up...Greater noida city..and then Yamuna expressway.

    If you want to buy studio appartment..look for options on Noida expressway near metro...u will not have issues renting them out

    It makes sense if u buy a bigger plot there as that place will only develop after 2020.
    There are better options for service appts in Noida eway.
    Btw-Why studio aptt? any specific reason?

  • In todays scenario when noida expressway is a little more expensive than other areas....concentrate on this area mostly...go for a reputed builder...

    Nitin bhai..Only NAAM is not enough. KAAM (Location, specifications, layout, future prospects) and DAAM (Prices) also matter.

    pehle noida expressway saturate hoga....then greater noida...phir jaake yamuna expressway...

    Its best for investors who are looking for a time frame of good 10 years

    3C ho ya 4C...one cannot live in yamuna expressway...and if you want to invest there YEA plots are best
