If we google Greater Noida then every result throws information about Omicron sector/Omicron Plots.

I am little bit confused..whether one should invest in these plots or not ?

As the rate offered by them is comparatively less compared to the projects offered by the other builders for same size of plot.

Has Greater Noida Authority approved this project. If yes, please suggest whether one should invest in such plots or not.

  • Even I am looking for independent house in Omnicron1A and XU-111. Agents are quoting 50 lkh for omnicron1A for 120 sq m house and 40 lkh for XU-111. Which one should I go and is this the price worth spending now , for these greater noida authority houses?Thanks in advance for your valuable inputs

    Yes, actual cost of the built-up houses which are in XU-III, is Rs.40 Lakhs + around Rs.10 lakhs penalty/unpaid installments, etc. (hidden cost initially)+ Rs.5 Lakhs for registry and lease deed; total cost round Rs.55 Lakhs and similarly Rs.65 lakhs for omicorn's houses.
