Greater Noida authority has increased allotment rate of all categories.

New residential plot allotment rate is now Rs. 13000/sqm. from Rs. 11550/sqm

Group Housing plot allotment rate is now Rs. 12400/sqm from Rs. 11000/sqm

More details are shown in authority’s website

Good news for all old allottees and old investors of pvt builders projects also. Now land allotment cost is increased so any new scheme/allotment (if any) by authority to pvt builder in Noida ext... price may be slightly costly in those projects.

  • one more point... Builder plot/group housing plot to be sold only with Bidding process so this is minimum price of allotment..

  • Minimum 15% cost increase of builder's new project can be expected because of this. But increasing the cost of flat is not feasible at this stage.

Also prices could go much higher in fair bidding process (if happened)so I think builders will avoid further land purchase and focus on the sales of their existing projects.

Supply might be reduced upto some percentage for some time.

  • Hi,

Noida authority rates are not yet updated in website but leading newspapers have quoted 12.5% increment in allotment rate..

    http://epaper.hindustantimes.com/PUBLICATIONS/HT/HD/2011/06/13/ArticleHtmls/Plot-registration-may-cost-more-13062011007004.shtml?Mode=1

Yamuna expressway authority's website is not updated from March 2011 due to legal case between IT company and authority.. so authority may publish new rates in news papers soon.
