Hi All,
After verdict of supreme court over illegal land acquisition by GNIDA, can farmers claim for land acquired for main sectors of Greater Noida (e.g. Alpha, Beta, Pi, chi, etc). Can any one provide information about how the land acquisition was done to build these main sectors? Where do our esteemed experienced forum members see Greater Noida and Noida-Greater Noida express way property after these scrapped deals?

    NO issues for Main Grater Noida - ALL Greek sector Land was aquired way back on 90's . This is when Greater Noida concept came.

    I am with all NE investors but this will in turn have a + ve impact on main GR noida all Greek sectors
    a) Lot of End users are already staying from 8-10 yers here.
    b) Due to NE - came in Main Gr Noida sectors had not seen appriciation due to more supply as well as cheap( Sasti ) supply.
    c) Guys getting APT close to Noida in 25 L has not seen already planned infrastructure - One of best in INDIA and invesnted in Sasti supply - which IMO def have some mischief btw Authority , Gov, Builder .Otherwise How they were givining apt in 15 L where u do not get this even in 3rd grd towns now days in MP or Orissa.

    SO Now people will move towards
    a) Ready to move societies for re-sale.

    reasale will up by 25-30% in these areas .
