Do we expect similar decision for Noida by Court as we have seen for Extension?

    Only GOD know it, here GOD is Authority. In News channel NA chairman asked the same questions and they say no problem in Noida at all but when ask him why land was taken in Emergency clause in several Noida sectors then no satisfactory reply on that by him, he said "Tab to aase he lee jaate the".

    They are acquriing the land since 1991 under the same clause. If farmers start agitating for all nothing, all the projects in Noida would be under this agitation.

    Do we know how much time Farmers have to move the court after the aquisition? May be if the acquisitions are old then rule doesn't allow farmers to move to court then Noida is safe.

    Given the way courts have given decision recently without taking all party into consideration, it is like a person with enormous power and a big hammer to destroy everything. It could go either way but even in noida extension i believe it will boil down to arbitration proceedings rather than blind cancellations. The question in both noida and noida extension is how much time will it take

  • GNIDA or Noida, the acquisition has been done in the same way everywhere...no diff....everytime land was acquired for industry....and some residential plots are carved out.....pls dont forget the wat NOIDA stands for ....New Okhla INDUSTRIAL Development Authority...

  • If the judgement is anything to go by, I doubt if there would be much "safe" land in the country. leave alone Noida.

    Itna bhi nahe darao sabko, as per courts problem is only in those land which recently acquired with in 5 years in EMERGENCY CLAUSE. And land in other areas like GGN , FDB , GZB very less lands acquired by EMERGENCY CLAUSE, and thats why land acquisition is very slow in other areas and some times take even 4-5 years. Whatever place where LAND has not been acquired by EMERGENCY CLAUSE in just few month there is no need to worry at all.
