  • What is the solution?

In my views this is the solution of the whole issue, do you think of any other solution:

    1. Authority would negotiate with Farmers out of the court and will agree on some compensation.

    2. Authority might charge builders some extra bucks.

    3. Builders will make more towers, more floors and will charge more to the NEW customers to make up for lost money. Builders can always compromise with the quality too.

    4. Rates in Noida and NE would increase as with all this fiasco Land acquisition would be more difficult and new projects launch would stop.

    5. Mayawati would take the credit of solving the issue.

    6. Media would find some other news and they will forget about all this.

First option is the best , UP gov should bear all extra expenses & wht new demand of expressway & sec 7x farmers.

        Best solution for WHOM?

        Who want a solution?
        Definitely not the politicians...
GNA, builder, banks, media and poor farmers are not in a hurry.
End user/investors ? Yeh kaun log hain? Kahan se aye? Kya kimat hain inka?

HC judges should also feel this heat

There is Judges group housing plot in Sector 105 & also there is media village in Greater Noida in sector chi. There is IAS officers group hosing society in Greater Noida at a very prime location. So our judges, media personnal & IAS lobby are also beneficiary of this "bander baat". They should also feel this heat. So all buyers in Noida Extension & Noida Expressway should do a demonstration in front of their Judges GH society in sector 105. Atleast all should know that their land is also acquired by emergency clause

That was the solution shown in movie PAA in a similar situation.... let them feel the heat on their own backyard then they will be more sensible, more realistic and more practical.

Courts have favoured farmers and so they will not raise fingers at them...Flat buyers should file PILs against these societies.
