Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) will open a residential scheme on August 15.

The new scheme, which offers 761 flats in different sectors of Greater Noida, will remain open for public up to September 15.

The draw of lots for the lucky allottees is expected to be held by the year end.

The new scheme is only for completely built up affordable flats, which would have a size of 30 meters to 250 meters and built up on a single storey and a four storey basis.

However, the price of the flats is yet to be decided by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. At the time of the application, applicant should submit 10 percent of the original cost along with application forms.

A sources in the authority said that the flats of old schemes have also been included in the scheme.

no no..this is not the right indication. application cost is 1100..does it indicate that paper cost is going so high ??

the only indication is this authority is a bigger looter then even pvt builder.

  • True, for 700 or so flats there will be 70 lakhs + applicants and the money made by selling application is astronomical . GN authority is not as nobler as it was during establishment in '91.
