Greater Noida Authority allotted plots and independent houses in Sector 02 and Sector 03 of Greater Noida (so called Noida Extension) in 2008 and 2009. Roughly, there are about 5000 such plots/independent houses.
After this, authority allotted group housing plots to builders and there are 3,50,000 flats to be constructed in noida extension area.
If we analyze, the inventory of plots is limited means as per demand/supply rule, the plots will be hot property in coming years (by 2014 end) when the possession of atleast 30% flats would have been handed over.
The curent price being 40k+ (allotment price of 10,500+ premium of 30000).
