Hi,

I have liked flats in Noida, as well as Greater Noida, and both are in ready to move. Noida sector 78 or 117 and Greater Noida Zeta/Omicron.

I am not living in these parts and hence I would request you to provide me directions for making a purchase decision for end use.

Which is better for living, Greater Noida or Noida, how would be these two fare 3-4 years down the line in terms of living condition, water supply and power supply?

  • is that a serious question ? Noida was, is and will always be far far ahead of Greater noida in terms of living standards, gentry, returns, quality, etc Greater noida is either for villagers of dadri who want to live in a city like area but with same people around them. Something like ''Little India'' in singapore. Or Its for people who cannot afford anywhere else...and want a decent flat size at cheapest rates. Like tata nano....has space like alto and eon......but is cheap My suggestion...Buy a 1 bhk in noida rather than 3 bhk in Greater noida

  • Sorry , no offences ,
First ask yourself about your needs ..
You know better about your requirements & what suits you better ..

You need to elaborate a little in terms of your work place , your family size & your budget etc etc in following order

Vitamin M - To decide for Society/location etc
Travelling to Work Place - For Location , Noida or G Noida
Family Size - For flat Size 2BHK/3BHK etc

Answer to above Questions will help you in narrowing down your search ..

  • Don't go by what XYZ is vomiting in this forum, Though Noida is better in terms of getting returns but there are many crap builders where one will keep vomiting after getting possession..:D

Do visit the locality/area 1st before talking final call...

  • Few in these forum will sell "EWS" flats in the name of Noida..saying better..
Greater Noida good socities are as good as Noida Socities few are even better for End-Use.
Water is better and power is Equally good in greater noida.

  • if u r looking for a metro lifestyle, much like delhi with people around u and r a sort of person who likes going out rather than staying in/near ur house then noida is better. if u r an introvert kind of person who likes greenery and open roads n not much bothered abt show offs :p, want a simple life along with ur family then greater noida.

  • It all depend on your needs. If you have limited budget and you are not able to afford a bigger house as per your needs in Noida. Then look for Greater Noida. Also if your place of work or might be future place of work on GN or Noida expressway, you can look for GN. See everyone can't afford flats in Delhi, Gurgaon or Main city Noida. So people look for affordable options nearby. It is all about individual needs and matching budget. Don't go by someone words, who claim like they were born in UK, US and can't sustain fellow citizens who belong to same state. Term like "Poor Gentry" is a relative term. For US,UK citizens, whole India is poor country and so we. We should respect at least our fellow indians and stop making comments like people from Village.

  • Greater Noida or Noida

    Hi,

I can afford best in both. 2 BHK in Jaypee Greens are all sold out :(, yet to talk to them, and you would not be playing golf every day. It gets boring, once or twice a month is ok. You do not want to take part in championship. I don't know why every body wants a golf course in Noida or Greater Noida. I would prefer water bodies, long walks etc over golf course.

Well as you said no issues over affordability , then Noida is the place to be in ..
There are good RTM projects on Noida Express Way like ATS Village , Silver City , Omaxe GW etc .. All these projects has been sold out , so only re-sales happening ..

There are also few good options around Sec 50 Noida ..
