    I was associated with this mall BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY....The management of Omaxe has ONCE again been Penny wise...pound foolish.....MOST OF THE MOU's have been CANCELLED....Even Easy day deal is ON THE ROCKS....omaxe is just hanging on to it....

    Omaxe has once again showed why EXPERIENCED commercial operators make all the difference in making or breaking a commercial

    It proves ONCE AGAIN...why a DLF or UNitech made Gurgaon....and How Third class inexperienced, penny wise pound foolish builders holding almost all Prime Commercial in this region will only Screw up matters more

    When I was associated with this project...Easyday team WAS VERY INTERESTED to open their hypermart ASAP....But omaxe failed to deliver them......this pissed them off and they reduced the Rentals PLUS the area....Omaxe still didnt learn the lesson...as Omaxe was more interested to EXTRACT CASH from thi mall trhough their "Assured returns" schemes.

    After they made good 500 crores from that scheme....they didnt stick to their possession promses to brands..

    Result...Brands cancelled their MOUs

    As of now....its a Big mess...

    Being associated with this mall...I really hope and wish them SOME BRAINS...but practically I know......they will remain as penny wise pound foolish as ever.....


    If even they MANAGE TO OPEN THE ENTIRE GROUND FLOOR IN A PROPER WAY WITH FULL OCCUPANCY...this mall can do well

    But I really Doubt it

      Seen some people working on giving finishing touch of paint for external walls of this mall since last 2-3 weeks.. Not sure if this mall will ever open for normal public or will become place to safely live for bats and owls

        Majority MOUs have been Diffused.......Easyday which WANTED to open 1.2 Lakh sq.ft Hypermart (Indias Largest) on condition that Omaxe DELIVERS Their Deisgnated Area Completely in all aspects. They were NOT interested if Entire Mall is open or not......They wanted THEIR Area ready and Enough parking.....But Omaxe Behaved penny wise pound foolish and didnt do their bit.

        Easyday then REDUCED the area to 85000 sq.ft area and Again gave them a deadline....and ONCE AGAIN omaxe didnt bother to complete their bit

        Now Easyday has lowered the Rentals and is NOT willing to pay previously agreed rentals....

        Easyday was one of Most imp. and Vital Anchors for this mall....but Omaxe was more interestd in ASSURED RETURN scheme to EXTRACT Money from small time investors.....which it did succesfully.....But in return Screwed up prospects of this mall.


        As of Now.....Only a Handful of Brands remain...and Rentals have been lowered Further

        This projects is in a mess......

        The way things are going in Greater Noida....its all set to the City of FLOP Malls.....

        Unfortunate but true......

            Greater Noida is Suffering and continue to do so Because of Being in U.P

            And having a Authority which is Sold out completely to Third class Builder lobby


            There is NO Industrial development

            There is NO MNC interest

            There is NO Corporate Interest

            SEZs are being converted to High density LIG, MIG Segment Residentials


            Its the BIGGEST FLOP Region of NCR in past decade

            A failure on all fronts of Real estate


            There are More than One Dozen Malls under construction in Greater Noida at this moment....and ALL OF THEM are destined to be FLOPS


            Greater Noida authority made TERRIBLE PLANNING of commercial in city


            and now the city is suffering.


            In a Nutshell....to even get a Mall of Ghaziabad standards like shipra, mahagun....It will take at least 10 years


            This city will have One Dozen 20% occupied malls.....Full of Villagers


            The Crowd of city will ONLY IMPROVE once CHI Sector, Sector 150 and Sector zeta FLATS Will be At least 50% occupied....then the educted service class gentry will be seen in good numbers in public areas of the city


            Thats good 7-8 yrs away

              Could not understand why Chi phi sectors got populated in Greater Noida while main greater Noida like Delta Eta etc. remained empty. Again hopes are on far away Zeta or 150.

                While OCP is yet to start, Omax is busy selling Alpha 2 commercial space. They have put a single crane and started some construction to attract investors. lol
