I have been offered a RTM house in sector omicron 2 at 54L.Could anybody advise how good or bad this deal is?

This is basically greater noida authority allotted house and seller is 1st allottee.

    Didnt quite get you - I've been getting calls for close to 70 as the first offer. Since it has been announced that final possession will be given in 2 months - you dont think a constructed, expandable 200 square yard plot (right opposite Supertech Czar) deserves this much bro?

  • Its not 200 sq yard but 200 sq mt. I think the rate is not more than 65L, that too on higher side.

    Yes - I checked it is 200 sq mt - thanks for the correction.

    Bro - I dont know why calls come at a higher price in that case.

    you may get 120 sqmt plot.

  • I am bit confused. I want a rental income for supportinG some of my past investments. Is it better to have a builtup house in Sector 36 or Sector 37 for the rental purpose? How much rent can I expect? Because of fund crunch I am not able to buy some 300 mts or so plot. Please advise.

    Anybody has any info on rental income one can get from these BHS once get physical possession.....The earlier initial sectors already having occupancy, anyone has given it on rent???

  • I have a Ground Floor 2BHK Flat in OMICRON-03. This flat was alloted by GNA(greater noida authority) under BHS scheme. I have paid around 4 Lakhs for the booking and the possesion is in 2 years. I am planning to sell it with in next 2 weeks. If anybody is intersted, please send me private message. This is a very good investment option for next 2-3 years.
