Hi All,

This is the thread for the buyer of Gaur city-2, 12th Avenue. Please post your experience and concern/query here. Please do not get confused between 12th Avenue and Galaxy North Avenue 2. Both are different.

Lets get started.

I have inquired by myself about the loan. HDFC is for sure ready to sanction. There was news that SBI is also giving loan as it was evident from their website but I wrote email to them, then they confirmed that they are not sanctioning any new loan against gaur city-2.

I have received a confirmation for corporation bank also. I shall proceed with corporation so will keep posting the further updates.

    BSP was 2880
    floor plc 75
    park plc 100
    lease rent 100
    parking 2.5 lacs
    IFMS 25/75(dont remember the exact amount)
    service charges as applicable!

  • yah..exactly 2800 BSP is a dream now at this stage. So when did u booked n frm Gaur directly or any property dealer?

    In fact am getng in 11th Avenue=> BSP 3500, (-) Disc 3% comes 3400, Floor 6-9 :-150, L/Rent-95,Park facing:-100,

    No covered car parking, only open CP:-1.75 Lak, Meter :- 0.75 L,Power back up:- 0.5 Lak

    so is it good enough???;)

  • R the rates gone too high. G8 to see and feel. Abhi sirf builders ka dekha tha bt now people are buying wid such rate so rates are real.

    Happy to be invested in gaur

    I dont think any rates are going higher...this is just the builders brokers strategy. .aaj sauntion hua to 200 rupees inc ho gaye...kal ko bank disbursal approve karega to aur 150 rupees bad jayegein....all mouth spread...

    BTW del_sanju: You hv booked in GC16th...right..Gaur achi deal de raha hai...12th mein bhi book karwa rahein hain kya sirji..:bab (59):

    first digging par 200

    sanction par 300

    approval par 200

    half construction par another 400-500

    near delivery par 400-500

    Delivery par 500

    NO Vishal, I am end user. Itne expensive rate ho gaya hai toh sochna bhi muskil hai. abhi gc16 ki paymnt kar du pahle. 25 feb paymnt hai 15 cent.

    Also itne rate par ab nex is nt attractive anymore
