This is the thread for the buyer of Gaur city-2, 12th Avenue. Please post your experience and concern/query here. Please do not get confused between 12th Avenue and Galaxy North Avenue 2. Both are different.

Lets get started.

I have inquired by myself about the loan. HDFC is for sure ready to sanction. There was news that SBI is also giving loan as it was evident from their website but I wrote email to them, then they confirmed that they are not sanctioning any new loan against gaur city-2.

I have received a confirmation for corporation bank also. I shall proceed with corporation so will keep posting the further updates.

  • max 5% on paper ie bsp 3278, above that is your negotiating skills to get credit note in this case anywhere from 0.5% to 2.5% and then to follow up for payment


    credit note jo kabhi honour hi nahi hota....nice way to fool innocent buyers...

    Hi All,

    Booked a flat today on 12th floor ,garden facing.

    Went directly to their Gaurson head office in Abhay Khand,Indirapuram,meet DGM Prasoon.


    I got 8 % discount 3450(Current rate)-->3174

    = 3469 /sqfeet


    1320(Flat) * 3469+ 300000(Electricity,Backup + parking)+ 150764(Service tax 3.09%) = 50,29844

    Possession 42 months from time of booking.

    Current status of construction :Same as a picture uploaded in their website


    Cheque in favor of Gaurson Promoters

    Please tell pros and cons of the location?
    Is a sewer plant planned near the location.

  • It seems distance between opposite towers in 12th avenue are quite less compared to other non-Gaur society i.e very purpose of buying a garden facing flat will not have its purpose fulfill.

    Same is for other society as well,10th,11th Avenue.
