I have booked a flat in legarden and they are demanding 40% (other than 10% booking amount ) without any construction on the ground. Group members please suggest, is it safe to pay 40% now?
Thanks.

    In vedantam:

4 flats per floor: 19 floors in a tower: 2 lifts per tower.......

  • Nobody is giving 3 lifts per tower anywhere. Best thing is to have less floor and less flats/ floor. Best is 14 or 19 story with 4 flats per tower.

  • In NExtn every point is secondary to land acquisition litigation.

But do not trivialize the poor lift to flats ratio, that too in 23 floor high tower. If lift waiting time increases, for every activity a person steps out of the flat (eg going & coming from office) his time overall time for that activity increases. Things can become utterly frustrating, if one of the two lifts are down for maintenance.

Long lift waiting time is like having traffic jam right at your doorstep.
