    Sector 12 is in noida extension.
    Prices are certainly high but i am sure they will play good game due to low loading as comparable to private builders. After seing the prices, i would say GNIDA is another private builder in market to make money

  • Cookie bhai how about omricon 1/1A? I went to see the site of MU 2 flats and found omricon sector too far from pari chowk. All are ghost areas as of now. What appreciation one can expect from omricon in this scheme?

    Not good for investment I would say.
    DMIC will however bring cheers to these sectors for sure..

    This could be first multi story scheme by GNA... Will have to wait for entire scheme and layout......Key points for consideration:
    1. Car Parking Space
    2. Lifts

    Maintenance of high rise could be another challenge in itself, when lowrise societies face issues for maintenance...
