Option 2:Amrapali Tropical Gardens..990 Sq Feet Tech Zone 4 Greater Noida West (32 Lakhs AI) 10th Floor Park Facing Unit.


Please note the criteria is pure investment and appreciation on the hard money earned.....

    Buying above two options is not a mistake but a blunder when it comes to investment..
    Buying a flat for investment would give at maximum of Fixed deposit returns in next 3 years. If you have some capital gains to be adjusted , go for a plot with CC. Though returns in plots too will not be that much, however it would be better than flats for sure..

    Since your time horizon is at least 5 years, Go for Primerose Ryne, Greater Noida. Had it been less than 5 years, I would have suggested Amrapali tropical Garden.

    Why..

    Lots of Good projects are coming up in sector-150 near this Sector.
    3Kms away from proposed Metro Station.
    1-2 Kms from IT City( Tech Zone)
    Lots of projects are being launched in YEA at similar rates.
    Jaypee Sporty City nearby.

    Do u believe CHI-V wud appreciate more compared to Noida Extention in Long term ...considering the ROI Factor?And What about Builder reputation...whoz better AMRAPALI OR PRIMEROSE?At least Amrapali has delivered something compared to Primerose None?

    Not sure About this Builder though. Its new.

    Just because of JOB prospectus more on expressway, I feel this will be better in long term.
    Noida Extension has lost of supply from Gaur Gol Chakkar to next 10 KMs in future.
    All Notified SEZ land parcels of Big Builders are located either on Noida Expressway or in Greater Noida.

    Cookiee....Pls suggest the feasibility of AMRAPALI as a builder ...considering Tropical Gardens Very good location in NOida Extention and Opting for a project purely with a motive of Investement?....
    Pls also elaborate on issues Facing Amrapali as a NBuilder in terms of quality?
