Can anyone put some light on the main greater Noida sector's (e.g. Alpha, Beta , gamma, swarn nagri, sector 36, Sigma 1,2,3,4 etc) land acquisition process? Was it are also originally acquired for industries and then got converted to residential or it is originally planned residential area? Idea is to know if it is safe from all litigation's going on by farmers and villagers in GN? Any information links/references would be good to keep handy when buying land/flat in Greater Noida..
